CA Champak Dedhia

Mr. Champak K. Dedhia is a founding partner of the Firm and has an experience of more than 30 years. He specializes in the fields of Corporate Audits, Transaction and Business Structuring, Transfer Pricing and Foreign Exchange Laws.
His experience also includes, consulting with an approach to give holistic solution to an issue covering not only direct tax & regulatory laws but also an ability to give strategic input on Indirect tax and Commercial matters.
He is a past president of CVO Chartered & Cost Accountants Association and an Independent Director at Simplex Castings Limited.

CA Gautam Mota

Mr. Gautam R Mota is a partner of the Firm and has an experience of more than 10 years. He is a registered valuer for Securities & Financial Assets with IBBI.
He specializes in the fields of Domestic and International Taxation, Direct Tax Advisory and Representation, Succession Planning and Valuation of financial instruments
He has been involved in tax advisory services and regularly appears before Assessing Authorities and Commissioner of Income Tax - Appeals. He has presented papers and led discussions at the study circle meetings. He is the Managing Committee member of CVO Chartered & Cost Accountants' Association. He is also co-ordinator for various publications and refresher course conducted by WIRC of ICAI

CA Khyati Thapa

Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) and associated with the firm since 12 years. Her area of specialization are Audit and Assurance, Company Law and Transaction / Business Structuring.

Her area of practice also includes Direct Tax Consultancy and Compliances.

CA Sankit Porwal

Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) since 2015. He is associated with the firm since 2017. He specialises in Ind AS / IFRS implementation and consultancy. His area of practise is Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and system and process implementation for MIS and internal controls for Listed and Unlisted entities. He is empanelled as technical reviewer on Financial Reporting Review Board of ICAI. He has been an active contributor to publication by the Audit & Assurance Committee of WIRC

CA Akshay Satra
